Dr. Lauren Roth joined the University of Colorado Advanced Reproductive Medicine group in the fall of 2013. She is interested in all aspects of reproductive endocrinology and fertility care including polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), recurrent miscarriage, abnormal or absent menses, fibroids, minimally invasive surgery, and all types of infertility. She is passionate about caring for patients and helping them to build their families.
Dr. Roth completed her undergraduate degree in Women’s Studies at the University of Maryland, College Park, and earned her medical degree from the University of Maryland in Baltimore. She continued on to the University of Colorado, Denver where she completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. During her residency, Dr. Roth received several teaching awards and served as chief resident. She received three national awards for her research during fellowship and published papers on her research in polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and the impact of weight on reproductive hormones.
Dr. Roth is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and will pursue board certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility over the next two years.
In her free time, Dr. Roth enjoys cooking, yoga, and exploring Colorado.
