Our Infertility Nurses & Support Staff

Mary HeatonMary Heaton, RN, BA

Title: Nurse 
Primary Location: Denver

Mary Heaton works with our team as a Reproductive Endocrinology Nurse. She works with the general infertility, menopause, recurrent pregnancy loss, surgical and gynecology patients. She actively coordinates care with patients regarding ovulation induction cycles. She educates patients on oral and injectable medications. She has worked within the University of Colorado Hospital system since 2003 and in the field of high-risk neonatology and women’s health for over 25 years.

She educates patients on oral and injectable medications and performs intrauterine insemination procedures.

 

Nurse Lindsey MLindsey M., RN, BS

Title: Nurse 
Primary Location: Denver

Lindsey returns to work with us at the University after previously working for the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center for over 5 years in clinical research. As a nurse she worked in medical/oncology and in reproductive medicine. Her previous experience in fertility included IVF, ovulation induction and performing intrauterine inseminations. On top of that, she now works with donor and gestational carrier cycles here at CU ARM. She enjoys patient education and working with patients through their individual journeys.

 

Amy-Payne-NurseAmy Payne, RNC, BSN

Title: Nurse 
Primary Location: Denver

Amy Payne, RNC, BSN has worked for the University of Colorado Hospital since 2002 as a high risk labor and delivery nurse. She has recently joined the ARM nursing team and will be coordinating 3rd party reproduction, working closely with patients using donors and/or gestational carriers.

 

Deanna-Wallace-Nurse

Deanna Wallace, RN

Title: Nurse 
Primary Location: Denver

Deanna Wallace, RN, joins the ARM nursing team after having worked as a clinical nurse in maternal newborn care and low risk L&D at UCH for 11 years.  She coordinates care for ovulation induction patients as well as patient education in oral and injectable medications and pre-operative teaching.

 

Jodi McFarlandJodi McFarland, RN, BSN

Title: Nurse 
Primary Location: Colorado Springs

Jodi is our IVF nurse coordinator at the Colorado Springs office. Jodi received her nursing degree from Arapahoe Community College in Littleton, Colorado where she was on the Dean’s List. She has over 15 years of experience in the field of Women’s Health, having worked both in the hospital setting and in physician’s offices. She has been involved in the field of infertility since 2001. She is active in coordinating all aspects of care for our infertility patients.

 

Melissa HerbMelissa Herb, RMA

Title: Lab Technician/Medical Assistant 
Primary Location: Colorado Springs

Melissa Herb, RMA is a graduate from Remington College. Her achievements include graduating with honors and she is registered with the American Medical Technologist Society. Melissa helps with patient scheduling and coordination along with processing blood tests and Semen Analysis reports in the lab.

 

Crystal Riser, CMACrystal Riser, CMA

Title: Medical Assistant
 Primary Location: Colorado Springs

Crystal is a recent honor graduate of Everest College.  She is new to Colorado Springs, by way of the military. Her qualifications include certification through the National Center for Competency Testing, and CPR/AED certified through the American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers Program.

Crystal has extensive experience, including seven years of active duty and volunteer hours.  Helping patients and solving problems are her top priorities as the newest part of the ARM Colorado Springs team.

 

Yvonne AlvidrezYvonne Alvidrez

Title: Office Manager 
Primary Location: Colorado Springs

Yvonne has been with Advanced Reproductive Medicine since 2006. She has worked in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology for six years, and is currently working toward her Bachelor’s in Business Management.
