News story: Colorado Springs has an expert infertility doctor

Dr. Shona Murray of University of Colorado Advanced Reproductive Medicine in Colorado Springs was named as the top reproductive endocrinologist by Colorado Springs Style Magazine, selected by her more than 1,500 doctors. Dr. Murray is board certified in reproductive endocrinology and infertility and obstetrics and gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

News story: 14 UCARM scholarly abstracts accepted at ASRM conference, including prize paper

The national ASRM meeting – held Oct. 15-19, 2011 in Orlando – brings together professionals involved in reproductive health, but particularly focuses on fertility and fertility treatments. Fourteen University of Colorado Advanced Reproductive Medicine doctors’ abstracts were presented during the gathering, showcasing the innovation and expertise of the UCARM doctors. In particular, Dr. Lauren Roth’s study on testosterone supplementation in elderly men was chosen as a prize paper at the conference.

Feature/News story: University of Colorado Advanced Reproductive Medicine’s ongoing clinical studies

The University of Colorado Center for Advanced Reproductive Medicine has been chosen by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to participate in several critical research efforts. NIH is an arm of the federal government and all funding awarded by NIH represent the highest research accomplishment in the country. Very few researchers or organizations ever obtain research funding from the NIH to conduct clinical trials. NIH has continuously funded university of Colorado Advanced Reproductive Medicine since the mid 1990s.
