About Dr. Ivy Lersten

Dr. Ivy Lersten completed her undergraduate degree in biology at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. She then attended medical school at the University of Iowa where she graduated with research distinction. Dr. Lersten completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Colorado where she was an education chief and an active participant in medical student education. She received a resident research grant and has presented her research in nutrition and ovarian reserve at national conferences.

Dr. Lersten is from the Chicagoland area but spent part of her childhood in China and New Zealand. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband exploring Colorado, cooking and working on her skiing skills.
