Deanna Wallace, RN

Title: Nurse 
Primary Location: Denver

Deanna Wallace, RN, joins the ARM nursing team after having worked as a clinical nurse in maternal newborn care and low risk L&D at UCH for 11 years.  She coordinates care for ovulation induction patients as well as patient education in oral and injectable medications and pre-operative teaching.


Jodi McFarlandJodi McFarland, RN, BSN

Title: Nurse 
Primary Location: Colorado Springs

Jodi is our IVF nurse coordinator at the Colorado Springs office. Jodi received her nursing degree from Arapahoe Community College in Littleton, Colorado where she was on the Dean’s List. She has over 15 years of experience in the field of Women’s Health, having worked both in the hospital setting and in physician’s offices. She has been involved in the field of infertility since 2001. She is active in coordinating all aspects of care for our infertility patients.


Jeannie Harlan, RN, BSN

Title: Nurse
Primary Location: Colorado Springs

Jeannie joined the ARM nursing team as an IVF Coordinator in our Colorado Springs location. She has over 25 years’ experience in Women’s Health, mainly in labor and delivery and the fertility field. Jeannie has worked in the field of Reproductive Endocrinology since 2001. She coordinates all aspects of care for our patients.


Gina-Becker-RM-CU Advanced Reproductive MedicineGina Becker, RN, AASN

Title: Nurse 
Primary Location: Denver
Gina joined the University of Colorado Hospital in August 2015 and is a former resident of Chicago. Gina has been an RN for 14 years and has been a fertility nurse for more than seven years. Gina is currently pursuing a BSN at Capella University and will graduate in 2016. Gina is really enjoying Colorado and doing nature adventures with her family.


Melissa HerbMelissa Herb, RMA

Title: Lab Technician/Medical Assistant 
Primary Location: Colorado Springs

Melissa Herb, RMA is a graduate from Remington College. Her achievements include graduating with honors and she is registered with the American Medical Technologist Society. Melissa helps with patient scheduling and coordination along with processing blood tests and Semen Analysis reports in the lab.


Crystal Riser, CMACrystal Riser, CMA

Title: Medical Assistant
 Primary Location: Colorado Springs

Crystal is a recent honor graduate of Everest College.  She is new to Colorado Springs, by way of the military. Her qualifications include certification through the National Center for Competency Testing, and CPR/AED certified through the American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers Program.

Crystal has extensive experience, including seven years of active duty and volunteer hours.  Helping patients and solving problems are her top priorities as the newest part of the ARM Colorado Springs team.


Yvonne AlvidrezYvonne Alvidrez

Title: Office Manager 
Primary Location: Colorado Springs

Yvonne has been with Advanced Reproductive Medicine since 2006. She has worked in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology for six years, and is currently working toward her Bachelor’s in Business Management.



Gina Horton_croppedGeina Horton

Title: Licensed Acupuncturist, Diplomate of Acupuncture
Primary Location: Denver

Geina Horton is board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and has been a licensed acupuncturist in Colorado since 1998. Geina practices acupuncture at The University of Colorado Advanced Reproductive Medicine Stapleton Clinic and is a Volunteer Clinical Faculty member at the University of Colorado School of Medicine.

Geina holds the honor of becoming the first licensed acupuncturist to be credentialed to perform acupuncture in an operating room at University of Colorado Hospital. She has been involved in embryo transfers since 2007, providing pre- and post-transfer acupuncture for intended parents. Geina is also a tenured Faculty Member at the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where she graduated in 1998.

She established her private practice, Insight Acupuncture, in 1998 and specializes in providing acupuncture treatment to people experiencing infertility. Insight Acupuncture is centrally located in the Denver University/Wash Park neighborhood of Denver.

Research Staff

Natalie-Crump Research Assistant, University of Colorado Advanced Reproductive MedicineNatalie Crump, MS

Title: Research Assistant
Primary Location: Denver

Natalie is a Research Assistant in Oncofertility on our clinical research team. She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Colorado Denver, and a Master of Science in Medical Sciences from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. She has worked in healthcare both clinically and in the insurance industry since 2010, and has previously participated in behavioral neuroscience research. Natalie is a wife and mother of three who enjoys spending time with family, reading and dance in her spare time.
